Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to test and validate our multi-tenant HRMS, ATS, VMS, and AI-driven SaaS platform.
You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure all modules function correctly across different tenants, roles, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Functional Testing
Test HRMS modules:
Employee management
Attendance & timecards
Payroll workflows
Test ATS modules:
Job creation
Resume parsing
Candidate pipelines
Recruiter workflows
Test VMS workflows:
Vendor submissions
Approvals and tracking
2. Multi-Tenant Testing
Validate tenant isolation (data separation)
Test login flows:
HR users
Recruiters
Employees
Super Admin
Verify role-based access control
3. AI OS & Workflow Testing
Test:
AI approvals
Escalations
SLA breaches
Remediation tasks
Validate real-time updates and automation triggers
4. API Testing (Basic)
Test APIs using Postman / curl
Validate responses from:
/api/hr/*
/api/ats/*
/api/super-admin/*
Verify error handling and edge cases
5. UI & UX Testing
Validate:
Sidebar navigation
Branding consistency
Mobile responsiveness
Ensure no UI breakage after deployments
6. Regression Testing
Test full platform after each release
Maintain test checklist for:
HR
ATS
VMS
Super Admin
7. Bug Reporting
Report bugs with:
Steps to reproduce
Screenshots / videos
Expected vs actual result
Track issues in Jira / Notion / Excel
Required Skills
2-5 years experience in manual QA
Experience testing SaaS platforms (preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Web applications
APIs
Authentication & sessions
Familiar with:
Postman / curl
Chrome DevTools
Good communication skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience in HRMS / ATS platforms
Basic SQL or DynamoDB understanding
Automation testing (future scope)
Work Setup
