Control framework
Varajen organizes security, privacy, availability, change, access, audit, and data-lifecycle practices into a reviewable control framework. Evidence may be shared with qualified customers under confidentiality and subject to availability.
Audit-ready workflows
The platform is designed to record approvals, policy decisions, document events, user activity, integration actions, and operational history so customers can support internal controls and investigations.
Privacy and data protection
Varajen supports controller-processor contracting, tenant-scoped processing, data-subject request assistance, subprocessors, retention controls, and incident cooperation as described in the Privacy Policy and signed DPA.
Workforce and payroll governance
Configurable onboarding, time, attendance, payroll, tax-registration, approval, and reporting workflows can support customer compliance programs. Varajen does not replace legal, tax, payroll, immigration, or employment advice.
AI governance
AI-assisted features are intended to operate within tenant, role, policy, approval, and audit boundaries. Customers must validate outputs, monitor bias and quality, provide required notices, and retain human authority over consequential decisions.
Certifications and attestations
Varajen does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, or another independent certification on this page unless a current report or certificate is expressly identified. Architecture and control readiness are not the same as certification.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for lawful use, notices and consents, role configuration, employee policy, labor and tax rules, records submitted to authorities, payroll funding and decisions, and evaluating whether Varajen meets their sector and jurisdiction requirements.
Enterprise review
Qualified customers may request a security questionnaire, DPA, subprocessors information, architecture discussion, or available control evidence through /contact/request/?type=security. Access may require an NDA and does not expand contractual commitments.
