How Varajen Time handles endpoint, browser-attribution and work-time information with visible employee controls.

Scope and roles
The customer determines why Varajen Time is used, which permitted features are enabled, who may access information and the retention period. For customer workforce data, the customer generally acts as controller and Varajen LLC as processor under the customer agreement and DPA.
Information processed
Depending on tenant policy, Varajen Time may process tenant, employee and device identifiers; agent and component health; session times; foreground application and normalized active-domain intervals; idle and connection states; aggregate input-event counts; schedules, projects, tasks and manual time; policy-allowed download metadata; optional protected screenshots; and audit events.
Information excluded
Varajen Time does not collect typed content, individual key identities, passwords, clipboard contents, page content, full URL paths or query strings, search terms, email or chat content, document contents, raw pointer coordinates, camera, microphone or live screen video.
Purposes
Information supports timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, timesheet review, attribution, customer-configured classifications, payroll readiness, reliability, security, audit and support. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising, consumer credit or unrelated profiling.
Visibility and access
Employees can see tracking state through the desktop agent. Portal access is tenant scoped and role controlled. Employees receive permitted personal views and managers receive authorized team views.
Retention
Screenshots are customer configured from 1 to 90 days. Time and telemetry currently default to 365 days; security audit records are retained for at least 365 days under current policy. Production agreements can define different reviewed periods.
Browser Limited Use
Browser-extension information is used only to provide and improve the disclosed work-time attribution purpose. It is not sold, used for personalized advertising or transferred for unrelated purposes.
Requests and contact
Employees should first contact their organization for rights requests. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@varajen.com. Do not email passwords, tokens, government identifiers, financial details or sensitive records.
For vendor onboarding, security questionnaires, compliance review, data processing questions, or contract review, contact the Varajen team.
