Every signal keeps its context.

Varajen Time connects collection, policy, coverage, review and deployment controls so teams can understand both the metric and the evidence behind it.

01

Getting started

Accept the invitation, download the signed MSI from Varajen Time, install it on the assigned Windows device, connect the invited account, review the monitoring notice and confirm the tray state.

02

Offline

Offline means no recent heartbeat. Check power, network, Windows sleep, enrollment and whether the agent is running. It does not prove the computer is switched off.

03

Degraded

The core heartbeat works, but browser attribution, screenshots or upload processing needs attention. Review component diagnostics before reinstalling.

04

No website shown

Confirm Chrome or Edge is foreground, the approved companion is enabled, the native host is registered, browser policy is current and the page uses HTTP or HTTPS.

  • Internal browser pages are not attributed
  • Configured sensitive domains can be excluded
  • Only the normalized active hostname is reported
05

Network loss

Pending records remain in the encrypted local queue and retry after connectivity returns. Acknowledged data is removed locally, and sequence processing reduces duplicates.
